Bayard Canada is a publishing and communication company that publishes magazines, books and applications. Through its activities, Bayard Canada targets three large and distinct markets: young people aged 0 to 18, people aged 50 and over, and Christians, especially Catholics.

Bayard Canada is a Canadian company owned by the Augustins de l’Assomption, a Catholic religious community based in Quebec City.

Bayard Canada is headquartered in Montreal. The Montreal office employs more than one hundred people. They work on the publishing, production, design, marketing, customer service and distribution of its magazines, including Pomme d’Api Québec, Les Débrouillards, Prions en Église and Good Times. Part of the team is also dedicated to the creation of children’s books published by Bayard Canada Livres and spiritual books published by Novalis.

The Toronto office employs over thirty people, most of whom work on the editing, design, production and marketing of Chirp, Chickadee and OWL magazines, as well as the children’s books published by Owlkids Books. Another part of the staff works on Novalis religious books and magazines in English, as well as parish resources.
